We have designed the first and only system that can integrate the anode oxidation process with the powder coating, thus guaranteeing unprecedented quality and a unique durability.

Kikau aluminium: maximum purity and high technical performance

Step 01

Anode
oxidation

Anode oxidation is an electrochemical process that creates a layer of oxide on the aluminium alloy, improving the material’s resistance to rusting.

Step 02

Powder
coating

The coating phase applies polyester powder paints that, when charged electrostatically, cover the aluminium surfaces. The paints are then polymerised at high temperatures to obtain a solid, resistant, non-toxic coating.
